No. ESTRO AI was designed for people who do not know artificial intelligence. You select scene, style, light and result; presets, Prompt Lab and Assistant organize the instructions. Manual prompting remains optional.

What is the minimum computer configuration?+
You need a computer capable of running a compatible version of SketchUp, with at least 8 GB of RAM and a stable internet connection. For complex models, we recommend 16 GB of RAM. AI generation happens online, so a high-end rendering graphics card is not required.
Does the license renew automatically?+
Yes. The license is valid for 12 months and renews automatically at the standard price of $287/year unless cancelled before expiration. Each renewal adds another 1,200 credits to your account.
Do unused credits expire?+
No. Unused credits remain associated with your account. To use them, an active license is required; if the license is not renewed, access to paid features may be suspended until reactivation.
What happens if a generation fails?+
If the operation fails due to a technical error after credits are consumed, the system may automatically refund the operation credits. A creative result that needs revision is not considered a technical error.
How many renders can I create with 1,200 credits?+
It depends on the mode. Approximately: up to 150 Fast 1K renders, 100 Fast 2K, 66 Fast 4K, 75 Pro 1K/2K or 42 Pro 4K. In a real workflow with analysis, tests, edits and upscale, the actual amount depends on how you work.
